This service is designed for businesses requiring development and guidance for the management of emergencies.


A 1-2 hour initial meeting either in person, via phone or through a video media will be undertaken to determine the level of emergency preparedness currently in place and to discuss detail of the clients requirements to tailor the 1 day coaching for maximum benefit.


Coaching will provide the business with the ability and resources to effectively:

  • Risk assess emergency scenarios and response requirement to manage these;
  • Set up a team response (based on the identified risk, the size/nature of the business and resources available);
  • Develop and implement plans to manage the identified risk;
  • Undertake exercises to measure effectiveness of team response;
  • Set a manageable schedule for testing scenarios;
  • Analyse the requirements for a Business Continuity Plan to manage the impact of COVID-19 now and prepare the business to be future fit.


Cost is $2500 +GST (1-2 hour initial meeting, 8 hours coaching)
